Control any paver right from digital site plans. The 3D-MC Asphalt Paver automatically produces exact thickness at exact slopes, with fast and accurate 3D transitions through horizontal and vertical curves.

Exact thickness and slope

At the heart of Topcon 3D paving is Millimeter GPS technology — a system that achieves highly accurate positions and elevations. The control box senses the paving location within the 3D design and grade required, sending correction signals to the screed to maintain mat thickness and slope.

 

A full system assembly features up to four transmitters for a large horizontal and vertical working window. This creates a working zone that allows you to pave at the millimeter-level.
