In order to register for a TOPCON Autodesk Roadshow & Bootcamp in Indonesia, you must agree to the entry restrictions as set out below.

1. TOPCON Autodesk Roadshow & Bootcamp in Indonesia is not available for “restricted persons” defined on all applicable restricted party lists (see e.g. https://www.trade.gov/h consolidated-screening-list and  http://eeas.europa.eu/cfsp/sanctions/consol-list_en.htm, and  https://www.meti.go.jp/policy/anpo/englishpage.html). By accepting the usage restrictions, you are confirming that you are not a restricted person under this definition.
   
2. The applicant for TOPCON Autodesk Roadshow & Bootcamp in Indonesia agree NOT to export or transfer any Topcon technology you have learnt through TOPCON Autodesk Roadshow & Bootcamp in Indonesia, to entities or persons in Iran, Syria, Cuba, North Korea, or Crimea Region of Ukraine.
   
3. The applicant for TOPCON Autodesk Roadshow & Bootcamp in Indonesia confirm NOT to use Topcon’s items in activities involving missiles or unmanned air vehicles, nuclear explosive devices or nuclear propulsion projects, chemical or biological weapons which are regulated as WMD (Weapons of Mass Destruction) or any other prohibited end-use.
