Homeworld Construction Corporation was established in 1992 as Homeworld Engineering, and GC & C Inc. has officially acquired a Triple-A license issued by PCAB and ISO Certification 9001:2015. We also offer services for construction, asphalt paving, and equipment rentals.

Most of our projects are on land development and some building construction. LN-150 can be used at both kind of projects that are open sky and/or inside the building, while GNSS can be only used in open sky environment. The accuracy this instrument gives us is more than enough for us, and the operation of TopLayout is very simple and straightforward.

Previously, we always asked in-house surveyors to conduct stake-out and as-built work and needed to wait until they finish. However, we now use LN-150 by ourselves and we don’t rely too much on the surveyors anymore, which leads us to shorten the procedure. In addition, the simplicity of the instrument and TopLayout take us to another level where we let “non-surveyors” to conduct the survey works with confidence. 

We also utilize LN-150 to digitalize out survey works. Previously, we key-in NEZ coordinates to total station and use USB when we export the data.  All we have to do is to send the coordinate data in .csv format by messaging application to the LN-150 operator in the project site. TopLayout helps us to import the coordinate data without key-in them one by one.

LN-150 collimates and tracks prism automatically, and TopLayout shows NEZ coordinates in real time. So, we can stakeout while adjusting 3D coordinates at the same time, which reduce our work time. It significantly increases our productivity 3 times without sacrificing the quality of our work. With LN-150, we can finish up to 120 stake-out points per day while 40 stake-out points per day was maximum when we use manual total station.

Apart from productivity, LN-150 helps us to reduce human errors caused by eyes tiredness because it provides auto-aiming feature, which doesn’t require us to look into the telescope.
